About Dom Theodore

Dom Theodore is currently the President of RadioAnimal, LLC, a media consulting firm specializing in radio programming strategies, talent coaching, and brand management. In addition, Mr. Theodore serves as the Program Director of the Glenn Beck Radio Program, and Vice President of Programming for The Blaze Radio Network, the largest stand-alone web stream in the country. He and his wife also own and operate WCDY-FM, and WCKC-FM in Cadillac, MI, and WBZX in Big Rapids, MI, and Mr. Theodore serves as COO of Mainestream Media in Portland, ME, which owns and operates WHTP-FM.

Prior to his current roles, Mr. Theodore was the Vice President of CHR Programming for CBS Radio, Regional Vice President of Programming and CHR Brand Manager at Clear Channel Communications, and VP of Programming for Clear Channel Radio Detroit. Mr. Theodore oversaw the ascent of WKQI-FM from 14th place to 1st place P 12+ in Detroit, having re-launched the CHR station as “Channel 955” in 2002.  This marked the fist time that a FM top 40 station ranked #1 P 12+ in that city. Prior to that, Mr. Theodore held regional brand manager responsibilities and Program Director roles at Jacor Broadcasting’s WFLZ in Tampa, and Program Director of KRBE in Houston. He began his career in Detroit, having held production and on-air positions at WHYT and WDFX.
